Kenyatta University Christian Union brings together its lady member through the Sisters' Fellowship. These fellowships are convened by the Vice Secretary.Each semester, the sisters hold events such as Sisters' Day where they discuss and tackle issues that affect ladies in church and in the society as a whole.

The committee that organises these events identify the needs of the lady members and seeks to address them through such forums. They sometimes organise and lead in the Sunday Worship service.
